Commercial Director

As a co-founder of Exigen, Daniel has helped shape it into a well-established mid-tier practice. These days, he focuses on consulting and driving the continued growth of the Group.

Director

Annabel is a Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience in accounting and finance, including a specialisation in forensic accounting. After leading key operational projects as Senior Finance and Treasury Manager at Exigen, she is now the Director of Exigen Brokers.

Property

Jeremy has over 25 years of experience in the property industry and is a fellow of the RICS. A Registered Property Receiver and Valuer, he has worked across all asset classes nationwide, advising on property insolvency and business turnaround strategies.

Director

David joined Exigen in 2006 as a law graduate and worked his way up to Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and Director. Holding CPI and JIE qualifications, he works with lenders, accountants, and business owners across the UK, offering clear, practical restructuring advice with a focus on helping businesses find a way forward.

Director

Richard has been with Exigen since 2009 and is both a Chartered Accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, holding JIEB, ACA, and CPI qualifications. He oversees MVLs, CVLs, CVAs, and certain administrations while also managing compliance, treasury, and tax.

HR

Crystal has been with Exigen for over 20 years and plays a key role in shaping the business as Head of HR. She works closely with the management team on strategy, vision, and policy development while ensuring the team has the support they need.

Digital and Marketing

Paul has over a decade of sales and marketing experience, including building and scaling his own B2B lead generation businesses. At Exigen, he's responsible for bringing in new clients, driving growth, and leading the Digital Marketing team.

Property

Tom is Associate Director of Exigen Property and has been with the firm for over 5 years. He is a Chartered Surveyor and holds a BSc in Real Estate. He works closely with the Managing Director across all agency, professional and insolvency workstreams.

Liquidation

Katie is a Senior Manager in the Liquidation Department with over 14 years of experience in Insolvency. In her current role, she is responsible for managing the Liquidation team and overseeing statutory obligations.

IP

Darren is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner with over 30 years' experience across a wide variety of insolvency assignments including cross-border recoveries and complex case management. He is a trusted advisor to businesses and individuals facing financial distress and committed to delivering positive outcomes whilst supporting clients throughout every stage of the insolvency process.

Digital & Marketing

Kieran is a Demand Generation Marketing Manager at Touch Financial with over 11 years' digital marketing experience. He holds an MSc in International Marketing Management and leads the firm's lead‑generation strategy. Kieran focuses on driving growth through targeted, data‑driven campaigns.

IT

Liran is an IT Manager with over 15 years of experience delivering large‑scale IT projects, cybersecurity initiatives, and team leadership. He is dedicated to ensuring the right technology solutions reach the right people.

Facilities

Sarah is the Office Manager and has been with Exigen Group for over 17 years. She oversees daily office functions and manages the Facilities Team, ensuring a safe, efficient and well-maintained environment where teams can thrive.

HR

Hannah has been with Exigen for over 20 years and plays a key role in managing the daily running of the HR Department. Her role is people focused, working closely with employees at every level and managing recruitment to support business growth.

Operations

Kate joined the company in 2015 and has worked across multiple areas of the business, developing a broad operational perspective. As a Salesforce Certified Administrator, she oversees development and optimisation of the company's CRM platform.

Treasury & Compliance

Lauren has 10 years' experience working for insolvency firms, specialising in cashiering and compliance within regulated environments. She has been with Exigen for five years and manages the Treasury and Compliance Team, overseeing financial controls, client accounts, and regulatory processes. As a Deputy MLRO, she also supports the firm's anti-money laundering framework.

Corporate Solutions

Jack is a Manager in the Corporate Solutions Department with over five years' experience in forensic investigations and settlement negotiations. He leads a team advising on antecedent transactions and misfeasance/breach of duty claims and provides litigation support to solicitors. Jack holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and is a Fellow of the ACCA.

MVL

Carriah is the Manager of the MVL team, overseeing the day-to-day management of cases and supporting the team in delivering efficient and compliant insolvency services. She has over seven years' insolvency experience and previous experience in the legal sector

Administration

Craig is a Manager in the Administration team at Exigen with over 10 years' insolvency experience. Since joining over 7 years ago as an Administrator, he has progressed to managing complex Administration cases across a diverse portfolio. He is committed to providing clear, practical guidance to clients throughout the insolvency process.

IT

Trihao joined Exigen Group in March 2026 with 3 years previous experience in AI and Data Science. Trihao is responsible for streamlining and modernising the organisation's technological infrastructure to improve efficiency and optimise workflows.

Charlotte is the Sales Manager at Touch Financial Brokerage with over 8 years of experience leading teams to high performance. She focuses on developing consultants through clear direction, motivation, and a leadership style that drives success.
